It is not a Law of the Universe that software must be tedious, we just sort of decided as a society to do that. It can be fun and help you do fun things. Kobold Software, a very small software company, was founded to develop such software.
Remote meetings don't have to be soul-crushing
It's a bold claim! But here at Kobold Software we believe that most meetings can be saved in three easy steps:
- Step 1: find out what's the purpose of your meeting.
- Step 2: figure out what are we talking about today and stick to that agenda.
- Step 3: note the decisions so you don't have to rehash it again and again.
Kobold Agenda is a tool that can help with steps 2 and 3.
It is a side-tool: works alongside the Jitsi or Zoom or what have you.
It helps to keep everyone on the same page: what exactly are we talking about right now? Ah, here it is. And when you've discussed everything? That's the best part: finish meetings earlier.
